 Shortages Mikes Montes LLC Tries To Make Sure That All Orders Are Packed Correctly & Completely. Check All Packaging & Look For Smaller Items Packed Inside The Box Or Boxes With Other Items. Please Notify Us ASAP If There Is A Shortage. We Will Not Be Responsible For Shortages Or Damages After Two Days Of Receipt Of Goods Damages_ If The Delivery Agent Hand Delivers Your Package & It Appears Damaged. Please Have The Delivery Person Make A Note That The Package Is Damaged. If It Is Extremely Damaged & Or Opened. Refuse Delivery. Either Way Contact Delivery Agent & Call Us Immediately. We Will Not Be Responsible For Shortages Or Damages After Two Days Of Receipt Of Goods Returns. Mike's Montes LLC Only Will Accept Returns Up To 30 Days From Invoice Date. You Must Call For A Return Merchandise Authorization For Any Returned Merchandise During Regular Business Hours. Please Have The Original Invoice Number That The Part Was Purchased On. All Returns Must Have A Copy Of The Original Invoice & The Return Merchandise Authorization Number On The Outside Of The Box. If Returned Without Prior Authorization It Will Be Refused. All Returns Subject To A 25% Restocking Fee. No Returns On Merchandise That Was Installed, Painted, Damaged, Or Modified. All Returned Merchandise Must Be In Original Packaging & Must Be Able To Be Resold As New. Customer Is Responsible For Return Freight Fees.
